I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, with exceptionally attentive staff who went above and beyond to help me out. The family suites were very spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family. Breakfast was impressive with plenty of options for everyone, and the proximity to the ski lifts made our trips to the slopes so convenient. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing ambiance. One minor downside was that while the wellness area was calming, it could get crowded during peak times.
